I use Courierpost, it's generally overnight service within SI from dispatch date. 2 days to NI. That doesn't account for any potential delays due to courier staffing etc.

Coasters require more coats of resin and also more finishing time than a platter board does so this is reflected in the cost.

It looks like it but it's epoxy. You cannot cut on the resin surfaces (which is why I always leave a decent area to be usable)

Care instructions come with every piece but simply do not expose it to long periods of heat or sunlight as it will soften the resin and damage it. Don't cut on any areas with resin as pieces could chip into any food.

Yes absolutely, bear in mind the store is active 24/7 so they can be bought by anyone in the country at anytime if you want to view before purchasing. It is possible a piece may sell before you get a chance to view it. Holds are not possible.
